By accessing Dom Sub Living, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on Dom Sub Living’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
   4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
   5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
   6. cause annoyance, inconvenience, or display conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing.
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Dom Sub Living at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format, and no refunds either full or partial will be granted.

Dom Sub Living makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Dom Sub Living does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Dom Sub Living be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dom Sub Living’s website, even if Dom Sub Living or an authorized representative of Dom Sub Living has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Dom Sub Training’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dom Sub Living does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Dom Sub Living may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Dom Sub Living does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Dom Sub Living has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dom Sub Living of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Dom Sub Living may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We’ve seen our students get results time and time again so we’re proud to stand behind our content.

By using and/or purchasing from Dom Sub Living, you understand and agree to this refund policy.

Inability to take advantage of or access the content does not qualify for a full or partial refund.

All payment plans must be completed in full with the specified timeframes during the agreement. Only student's in good standing can access the platform, regardless if they have purchased other materials. "Good standing" means they have completed/are completing their payment plans.

Due to their high touch and/or digital nature, the Dom Sub Mastermind, other programs, workbooks, bundles, and templates are excluded from refunds.

Prepaid coaching/mentoring sessions are excluded from any refunds, regardless of whether or not they have been redeemed. Cancelations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

For our Kink Bundle, students have at least a full 30 days to redeem all of the offers in the bundle.

For our courses Dom Sub Training, 4 Steps to Find Your Perfect Partner, 5 Ways to Help Your Partner, and Scene Creation Mastery, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase after going through and completing the entire curriculum, and taking action, you can contact us within 30 days of your original purchase, we will give you a full refund and cancel any payments.

Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these Terms of Use that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of any of our Programs, Products, or Services, we do not tolerate or accept any type of failed payment. In the event that a payment does fail, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Payment abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the failed payment.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Dom Sub Living’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
